i'll draw a bust-up pngtuber/reactive for you. You must provide me a reference. You will recieve drawings of your character with open/closed mouth of your character talking and not talking.

1. You need to pay fully for your commission after the approved final sketch. Refunds are unavailable after you approve my final sketch.
2. Character design/illustration & emotes are done using bases, please credit the base artist.
3. Please mention the deadline if you have one, otherwise most art will take about 3-4 weeks depending on design, communication and my availability.
4. Payments will be taken via Paypal or Ko-Fi
5. If you intend to use my art to sell products like keychains and stickers, commercial use fee will apply.
6. Commercial use fee does not apply to usage for SNS. But if you have rush fee there will be additional fees.
